Look inside. Follow the engineering.
The interactive workbench brings the assembly, cooling contacts and modeled parts together. Explore what is built into the model while the cooling study develops.
Get hands-on with the model.
Rotate the case, reveal the internals, inspect package-to-heatsink contact geometry and search the assembly inventory.
11 October 2026 display snapshot. Detailed private PCB design is withheld.
The work so far
Geometry first. Cooling next.
Explore now
A real CAD display model with 156 display part meshes, modeled thermal contacts and a searchable inventory drawn from active assembly instances.
In development
The coupled airflow and thermal study, followed by mapped temperatures and animated airflow paths. Mesh quality and physical balances still need qualification.
No accepted cooling result yet Part colours are identities, not temperatures. Airflow and temperature controls stay unavailable until a checked result can support them.
Study notes and earlier work
The primary design uses dual P9 fans and one layer of 200-mesh filter cloth; two- and three-layer comparisons remain planned. The optional P12 above the APU, outside the case, is undecided.
Heat loads, filter loss and contact properties remain assumptions. Package temperatures would not be silicon-junction predictions. Historical cooling visuals stay dated studies.
